KindNest™ Ethos
A nest isn’t built for performance, rather it’s a sacred place for growth, where safety cradles potential, and learning can unfold gently, without urgency or expectation. At KindNest, we nurture a different kind of AI learning, one that is kind to the nervous system, paced with care, and protective of each learner’s emotional world. We believe that children, adults, and communities deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported as they build relationships with new technologies. That’s why we teach from the inside out:
with warmth, wisdom, and wonder.

Articles
Much of my writing explores what it means to build emotionally healthy relationships with technology. Through the lens of Emotion-First AI™, I focus not just on what AI can do, but on how we, as humans, stay in the loop with clarity, consent, and presence.Because the goal isn’t just performance or efficiency. It’s about cultivating wiser relationships with ourselves, each other, and the systems we create. You can find my reflections on Medium and LinkedIn- shared with intention, one piece at a time.
Speaking
I speak about emotionally intelligent AI, ethical design, and the human side of emerging technology. My talks center clarity, care, and consent. I offer audiences a grounded, relational lens for thinking about the systems we build.Whether I’m presenting research, guiding a workshop, or speaking to cross-disciplinary teams, I aim to create space for reflection, connection, and real-world impact.Interested in collaborating or inviting me to speak?
I’d love to hear from you.

I’ve always been drawn to the space where care meets complexity, a winding path that’s led me through health, business, community wellness, and nonprofit work. When I stepped into the AI space, I saw something missing: emotional safety. Most people aren’t struggling with ability, instead they’re struggling with pace, pressure, and permission. KindNest grew from that noticing. What if AI learning didn’t feel like performing under pressure? What if it felt safe, even joyful?KindNest was built for that what if.Here, emotional intelligence isn’t an afterthought. It’s the ground we build on. Through emotionally attuned AI literacy tools and trainings, I support individuals and teams at a rhythm that respects where they are, not where they’re expected to be.
